Prompt Examples

  • You can work with suppliers now to create incentives for shifting marketshare that previously would have been impossible to implement. For example, the major US airlines tend to focus on long-haul business. You can create a prompt that displays a notification window reminding agents to book a certain airline whenever availability is entered for citypairs over 2,000 miles apart and that are served by this airline.
  • Whenever an agent looks at flights to a country where currency can be purchased in advance, display a message notifying the agent of this. Include two buttons on the message: One to purchase currency, the other send an email reminder. When either button is clicked, the actions are to first read the traveler information from the PNR, then launch the appropriate page on the website, wait for the site to load, then copy in the name, email address and destination country.
  • Whenever an agent looks at hotel availability, if you have a preferred supplier in that location, display a message reminding the agent which hotel should be booked.
  • Whenever an agent books a cruise on a particular website, watch for the page that offers travel insurance. When that page is reached, display a message remdinding the agent your preferred insurance provider pays much higher commissions.
  • Display travel advisory messages based upon destination country.
  • Display information on current deals by destination and date. This can be done with a simple lookup table, and you add deals as you get them.
