When you click Read Profile, BookingBuilder will go through the profile reading process. Be sure to display the profile that is not being read correctly and copy it into a PNR. When the BookingBuilder Profile Dialog appears, click OK to continue. The selected information will appear first in the blank below, followed by the GDS commands and responses.
