This page will send a command to your GDS and capture the response so our Help Desk can configure customized GDS reading for you.
Note: This must be done on a computer with BookingBuilder Desktop or the BookingBuilder Web Components. If neither of those is present, you will be prompted to install the BookingBuilder Web Components.
Please fill out the fields below, enter a GDS command, and click the "Send To GDS " button. Once that is complete, please verify that there are no credit card numbers or other sensitive information in the GDS Response blank, and then click the Send to BookingBuilder Help Desk button.
Important Note: This page is used to allow us to configure the software to read information from the GDS. The entry you enter here should be the one used to display data already in a PNR, and not the command used to enter the data.
