The first-ever BookingBuilder Customer Conference will be held in Dallas, TX at the Westin Hotel October 15-16, 2008
In attendance will be many of the top travel management companies in North America. All attending companies are committed to technology, and are progressive, forward-thinking, successful TMCs. There is no better venue in the industry for reaching these TMCs.

- Breakfast: $5,000 or more for a fancier meal
- Lunch: $6,000 or more for a fancier meal
- Break: $3,000 (there are two breaks)

Marketing Exposure for Sponsors
At each event that is sponsored, the sponsor will get visual and verbal credit. All sponsors will be listed in the program materials. Each sponsor contributing $1,500 or more will be given a Vendor Spotlight. These spotlights will be scattered throughout the conference. They provide a chance to relay information to the attendees about your company in a brief, informative way. Content of the spotlights will be a collaboration between the BB Event Staff and yourself. Our goal is to make them interesting and unique so that each Spotlight stands out.
Each sponsor contributing $5,000 or more will be given the opportunity to have a kiosk.
Sposorships include 1 attendee registration per $1,500.
We are also happy to accept co-sponsorships if you don't want to be a full sponsor. This is a great opportunity for you to partner with a company offering complementary services.
